• Once our offer has been accepted by you via email, we will send you a stamped and signed courier service contract for you to complete, sign, seal and forward to us again.
• Upon your request, our highly trained workforce will provide training to you in the management of the electronic registration system included on our website ebill.com.gr by clicking on the box at the top right of the Home Page entitled "Partner Login".
• With the beginning of our cooperation, therefore, you refer to our website www.ebill.com.gr and select "New Shipment" (button on the Home page or side button) or send an email to contact@ebill.com.gr with the word "Pickup" specifying the available hours that we can come to pick up from your place and / or any other place you want.
• We are able to make a collection from your premises and/or any other premises you wish 24 hours a day within the hours you specify.
• We can deliver to the Recipient within twenty-four (24) hours in the same city, within one-two (1-2) business days within Greece and within three-nine (3-9) business days abroad, upon your request, and we are able to make delivery of shipments even to the most inaccessible destinations.
• The payback of cash on delivery to our clients is carried out by our company within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the cash on delivery by the recipient within Attica and within six (6) working days after receipt of the cash on delivery by the recipient within Greece.
