Cash on Delivery Services
The provision of Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) services is one of the most important activities of E-Bill Courier. The procedure followed by the company when processing shipments with C.O.D. either by cash or POS or by cheque is a very important matter for E-Bill Courier, as it ensures the fastest and most immediate receipt of the amount of the exchange by the recipient and, consequently, its timely delivery to our clients.
E-Bill Courier shall pay the amount of the C.O.D. to our clients by means of a bank deposit to the bank accounts designated by the clients themselves at the beginning of our cooperation (when filling in the courier service contract).
In regards to the time it takes to complete the payback from C.O.D. shipmets to clients:
- Within the prefecture of Attica, payback is carried out within twenty-four (24) hours from the receipt of the cash on delivery by the recipient.
- Within Greece, payback shall be carried out within six (6) working days from the receipt of the cash on delivery by the recipient
- Outside Greece this procedure is supported and carried out, upon the client's request, with a special financial offer and charge per case.
